eBay rips of sandman.net

It's not unusual that someone copies something design-wise from sandman.net, but this is the first time I've seen a big company like eBay do it. So, what's all this about? Well, when I visited tradera.se (which is owned by eBay), I saw this:
So, obviously there is something wrong with the page and three banners (I'm assuming) aren't shown. In their place, we see the "Page not found" square instead, and an icon. And well, icons is sort of my thing, and I thought I recognized that icon
Well, hello there! It's actually my icon! Oops! And before you go all "Well, duh, how different can one make a black exclamation point inside a yellow triangle?" I ask you to go to y page with the icon and right click on it and select to open it in a new window, the path to it will be:
