New version of the Flickr app

Flickr have updated their app again. This time for the worse, unfortunately.
They've removed some functionality, like adding images to groups or accessing group discussions. It's also harder to upload multiple images while at the same time giving them different metadata.
The front page of the app is also weird. It's more of a "feed" type like Instagram, but feels more cluttered than before.
The profile page is also changed, and "sets" have been renamed to "albums" to ease in new users.
But the user interface is a bit cumbersome and hard to get a handle on. It's not easy to edit albums or photos. Everything is very pretty and "iOS 7":ish so to speak.
But I hope lost functionality is soon restored. It's obvious that Flickr is trying even harder to reach for the instagram crowd, but perhaps they shouldn't alienate their die hard fans in the process?
